Just like Costco or Sam's Club, there's an annual membership fee as well.  The $39.9
5 covers the cost of your self replicated websites, hosting, bandwidth and support and training system. If purchased, the administration hosting Fee is not refundable This will provide your MyHarvestAmerica.com website where you can shop and have others join you for cash rewards. You'll have a "back-office" where you can see what’s happening with your account, and details of those who are joining under you, etc. 

So your first charge is $69.90, and each month after that it's $29.95.

Q: That seems kind of expensive. Won't that eat up the savings?

A: The $39.95 is an annual fee. Then, if the $29.95 seems expensive you want to also consider the the equally important values of time, gas and convenience.

Most orders are shipped FedEx Ground service and could take up to 2 weeks for delivery once your order is placed. You can track your orders by login into your grocery store back office and clicking on your order number in your account. Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, will be delivered by U.S. Postal Service. Please allow up to 2 additional weeks for orders that are shipped by U.S. Postal Service. Tracking numbers are not available with orders shipped by U.S. Postal Service.

Q: How do I earn money with the Cash Rewards Program?

A: Simply tell others about MyHarvestAmerica.com! The company calls it their "Shoppers telling Shoppers" program.

Q: Is the company here to stay?

A: We sure hope so! We believe them when they tell us that there’s a long, rich future for this exciting program.  There are few guarantees in this life,other than birth, death and taxes.  The company has long-term, multi-year contracts with major grocers. The company  has been preparing for this for several years.  There will no doubt be some bumps in the road, but we’re going to ride them out. AFter all, the monthly fee for the savings earned is worth it right there. Your card will not be charged until your groceries are shipped. There’s not really anything to lose, since it’s not like a loan or a long-term investment or commitment.  If you don’t like it, just discontinue your membership!

1. How do I order groceries?

Just login to your My Harvest America back office and click on GO SHOPPING. You will then see Categories and Sub-Categories listed on the left hand side of the page that allow you to go to the "virtual isle" you want to shop in.

2. What does “Limit of 6” mean when I choose the quantity?

Limit of "6" is per order. So, if someone is ordering groceries once or twice per week, it is not going to be a problem getting 6 of the same items each time in the same order. However, if someone tries to order 6 of the same item every single day, they will likely receive a phone call from My Harvest America to address the potential abuse. Our program is designed to get discount groceries to FAMILIES. It is not designed for someone to order massive amounts of groceries for resale.

3. Does MyHarvestAmerica.com accept food stamps or coupons?

No. We do not accept food stamps or coupon. Food stamps are programs run by a STATE GOVERNMENT. Food stamps also can not be presented in an on-line transaction.

4. What about sales tax?

Only Michigan residents, where the grocery distribution warehouse is located, have to pay sales tax.

6. How does the price guarantee work?

My Harvest America guarantees they have the best prices in America. If you find a lower price on any item you have purchased in your grocery order for less, My Harvest America will DOUBLE the difference back to you. Here is how it works: Once you have received your order, you have up to two weeks to determine if your local store is selling the identical item for less. The store sale price must be displayed in the store circular. You simply send MY Harvest America a copy of the store circular clearly showing the item you are asking for double the difference along with a copy of your invoice orders. The store circular must clearly show the dates of the sale item. Please mark the items on your invoice and store circular you are asking us to pay you double the difference. Once the company determines that you have a valid claim, they will mail you a check.

7. What about organic and natural foods?

Right now there are only a small amount of these types of products that we offer, but My Harvest America does plan to expand these lines of products in the near future.

10. What about produce, dairy and meat?

Groceries are picked from the middle 15 aisles just like a regular grocery store.  We do not carry milk, eggs, fresh produce, frozen foods or other perishables. There are no future plans to carry or ship those items.

 11. Are there any expired foods items?

AnsWe do not expect any expired food items, but every now and then there may be because it does happen in the grocery business.  If this occurs, please email the company and you will be given a credit for those items.

12. Can I make a product suggestion?

Yes. If you have a suggested product that you want My Harvest America to consider, please email as much information as possible to the company. Include the manufacturer's name, product name, size, flavor, plus any relevant information you have available. Please email your suggestions to: suggestions@myharvestamerica.com . 1. HOW OFTEN ARE WE PAID COMMISSIONS AND HOW ARE WE PAID?

We are paid once a month for the previous month's earnings. IE: We will be paid commissions earned in the month of December on January 15th and any commissions earned in the month of January on February 15th.  The pay period ends on the last day of each month.

2. IS IT LEGAL FOR THE COMPANY TO PAY COMMISSIONS ON A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?

This is not a membership company. Customers or reps don't pay a monthly membership. This is a "subscription to a home delivery service." It's a service like many other and perfectly commissionable.

3. WILL I RECEIVE ANY SPILL FROM UPLINE RECRUITING?

You may, if you happen to be on the front line of a good recruiter. However, DO NOT WAIT AROUND FOR SPILL! It is important that everyone pulls their own weight and brings in at least 3 subscriptions ASAP to help propel the growth of their team.

4. CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE POSITION IN THE MATRIX?

No. You can only have one personal position per SS# or Tax ID#.

5. HOW DO I MAX OUT THE PAY PLAN?

It only takes "1" personally sponsored active monthly subscriptions to earn in the matrix. It takes “2” personally sponsored active monthly subscriptions to earn matching bonuses.

 6. DO I EARN MONEY ON GROCERY PURCHASES?

No. You are not paid commissions on grocery purchases. You are paid commissions on the monthly SHOPPER and SUPER SHOPPER subscriptions to a home delivery service and benefits package. See the comp plan for details.

7. WHERE DO I FIND THE COMP PLAN DETAILS?

8. HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

9. DO WE HAVE ROLL UP AND COMPRESSION?

Yes. If someone in your matrix does not pay their monthly subscription fee, the software will recognize this and it will automatically compress any lower- level orders up to you.

10. HOW DO I MANUALLY PLACE SOMEONE IN THE MATRIX?

If you send someone to your website link and they join you, they will automatically fall in the next available position in your MATRIX. However, if you want to ”manually place” someone into an exact spot in your matrix, just log into your back office, then go to your Geographical View TREE and click on the exact spot you want the new person placed. This will pull up an application. You would then take that persons sign up information over the phone and fill out the application for them.

12. IT SAYS "RC" or RETAIL CUSTOMER in my Back Office, is this CORRECT?

Yes. You will notice that all DISTRIBUTORS are listed as a RC (Retail Customer) in our program and once the commissions are processed, your rank will change to either a Shopper or Super Shopper.  Retail Shoppers (RS) can only purchase products and does not participate in the business opportunity.

13. CAN I CHANGE MY URL TAG?

Yes. Just login to your back office and click on EDIT PROFILE and then go down next to where it says URL EXTENSION and type in your preferred URL. Save the changes.

14. CAN I MAKE A PRODUCT SUGGESTION?

Yes. If you have a suggested product that you want My Harvest America to consider, please email as much information as possible to the company. Include the manufacturer's name, product name, size, flavor, plus any relevant information you have available. Please email your suggestions to: suggestions@myharvestamerica.com . Keep in mind that we cannot carry every product available.

15. ARE ALL ORDERS SHIPPED WITH FREE S&H?

All grocery orders will be shipped and delivered with NO S&H CHARGES to all 50 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will take an additional two weeks and shipped by the U.S. Post Office.

16. DO WE HAVE MY HARVEST AMERICA BUSINESS CARDS?

Yes. You can find your business cards and Post Cards in the News & Events section of your website and you can login to your back office, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the link to order your business cards.

17. HOW DO I DISCONTINUE MY AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTION FEE?
Just login to your back office and click on Autoship, click on the View / Edit and cancel your autoship and be sure to click SAVE. If you cancel your autoship, you will not be able to access Go Shopping or any Benefits Package and your Income will be lost for that period of time.  You will still have access to your back office. If you would like to re-activate it again, just login and go to the same link and set up your autoship again.

18. What happens when someone no longer wants to be in the business after  the 3-day refund rule and what happens to their position?
Send an email to support to cancel your position.  You will not be allowed to join again for 6 months and you will loose your position and all income.  That position cannot be replaced by anyone.

19. Can Canadians do this business? 

My Harvest America does NOT ship groceries to Canada at this time.  Only Shoppers/Representatives that have a valid US address and Tax ID can join My Harvest America.

20.  Does the company send out a 1099 income statement for your taxes at the end of the year? 

If you earn a total of $600.00 or higher for the year, you will receive a 1099 income statement.
